Delete your account.

The short version. In the Blocky app, open Account → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the email you sign in with, and we'll do it for you within 30 days.
Before you delete: your money
Blocky never holds your money. It sits in your own wallet, and that wallet opens with your Blocky login. Deleting your account deletes that login, so anything still in the wallet would be out of reach for good.
So first either move your money out, or export your private key (Account → Export private key) to keep the wallet in another app. Blocky won't delete an account whose wallet still holds money until you confirm you've exported the key.
What gets deleted
- your Blocky account, username and sign-in;
- your history of plans and payments as Blocky recorded them, pots, budgets, contacts, payment requests, price alerts, notifications and spending limits;
- what Blocky remembered from your chats. The chat itself is stored only on your phone and goes when you delete the app.
All of it is deleted from our database straight away, not kept for a period.
What stays
Payments you made are on a public blockchain. Nobody can delete those, including us. They're tied to your wallet's address, not to your name or email.
